Just a note to say thank you for your help in organising my trip to Lugansk and especially with my late change of travel plans.
The apartment provided was also very good, being both comfortable and in a good, convenient location in the city.
Thanks also for your assistance in my hastened departure when bad weather conditions may have otherwise threatened my departure if I had left at the normal time. Also, being there to see I that left safely, before 04:00 in the morning has to rate as first class customer service!
